By downloading or using Crossover Clips, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Crossover Clips Does

Crossover Clips lets you record sports games, mark key moments, and automatically create clips — all stored on your device unless you choose to share them.

One-Time Purchase

• Crossover Clips is sold for a one-time payment
  
  

• Once purchased through the App Store or Google Play, you can use the app for as long as we support it
  
  

• We do not offer subscriptions, recurring fees, or in-app ads

Refunds

• All purchases of Crossover Clips are final and non-refundable
  
  

• Refund requests are not accepted by us directly
  
  

• Refunds may only be granted as required by the refund policies of the App Store or Google Play
  
  

• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws, which may entitle you to a refund or remedy in certain circumstances

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Making sure you have permission to record people, especially in public or private sports events
  
  

• Backing up your recordings if you want to keep them — they are stored locally on your device
  
  

• Using the app in compliance with local laws and regulations

Age Restrictions

• If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the app
  
  

• You may not use the app if local laws prohibit it
  
  

User-Generated Content

• You own all recordings and clips you create with Crossover Clips
  
  

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to record and share any content
  
  

• We are not responsible for any legal issues that arise from your content

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Crossover Clips to:

• Record people without consent where required by law
  
  

• Engage in unlawful surveillance or harassment
  
  

• Infringe on the rights of others
  
  

• Commit or promote any illegal activity

Intellectual Property

• All rights to the Crossover Clips app, code, design, and branding belong to Zizo Apps
  
  

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app

Platform Responsibility

• Apple Inc., Google LLC, and their subsidiaries are not responsible for providing support, handling disputes, or issuing refunds for Crossover Clips outside of their own store policies
  
  

• You must follow the App Store or Google Play terms of service when using our app

No Guarantee of Perfect Performance

We work hard to make Crossover Clips reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of errors, bugs, or interruptions.

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of recordings due to device issues or accidental deletion
  
  

• Any damages resulting from your use of the app

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your use of Crossover Clips will not exceed the amount you paid for the app

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Indemnification

• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zizo Apps from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or your content

Updates

• We may release updates to improve the app, fix bugs, or add features.

  
  

• You agree to install updates to keep using the latest version

Termination

We may suspend or stop your access to the app if you violate these terms

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will post the new version on our website and update the “Last updated” date
